1. Introduction
Welcome to Ankit Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all customers — retailers, wholesalers, institutions and individual buyers — across all channels: in-person, telephone, email, and our website.
2. Orders & Pricing
Order acceptance is at our discretion. We confirm orders by phone, message, or email. Prices are quoted exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Quoted prices remain valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
- Bulk pricing applies above minimum order quantities communicated at the time of quotation.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order on grounds of stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund of advance paid.
3. Payment Terms
Standard payment is due against delivery unless credit terms have been pre-agreed in writing. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and cheque (subject to clearance).
- Credit accounts must clear outstanding invoices within the agreed period (typically 7, 15, or 30 days).
- Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on the overdue amount.
- Cheques returned unpaid attract bank charges plus a handling fee of ₹500.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates given in good faith based on stock availability and logistics. Same-day delivery is offered for local orders in Dhar received before 1:00 PM, subject to product availability.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for inspection at the time of receipt, and any discrepancy must be flagged in writing within 24 hours.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged goods within 7 days of delivery, provided original packaging and invoice are presented. Perishable items, opened consumables, and clearance-sale goods are non-returnable.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method or as account credit, at our discretion.
6. Warranty & Liability
Manufacturer warranties on branded goods pass through to the buyer. Ankit Enterprises is not the manufacturer and does not provide additional warranty beyond what the brand specifies.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the relevant goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
7. User Accounts
If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, the Ankit Enterprises name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.
